White board functions

We have included a white board function in the program. It was originally meant to be used by schools with teacher and all the students connected to the same chat. The students can draw on their clients and the teacher can monitor every student from the server. It can also be used for two persons wanting to just draw what ever they feel for or to show each other how to draw a character etc.
